This information is private and is used in a proffesional manner and therefore is not shared with anyone other than the recepient of the inquiry.

Confusion Over Copyrighted Ip's
If a drawing of mine is stolen, and it happens to be a drawing of a copyrighted IP, it can be complicated. whilst i do not own the IP i have expressed, i still own the drawing, render, painting, etc. Therefore, if the artwork is used without permission outside the use of the owners & beneficiaries of the intellectual property, i can still file a copyright claim.
In summary: if another person reposts, sells, or uses my art without permission, i can still file a copyright claim.

to protect user data, any information provided to the recipient email of the submittion form is sent to an email with maximum security that only i have access too.
